Title: Cluster algebras from surfaces and Markov numbers

Abstract: We will first introduce (quantum) cluster algebras from surfaces and Markov numbers, then apply the skein relation (Ptolemy relation) of cluster algebras to study the monotonicity of Markov numbers.

报告人信息：Min Huang (黄敏) obtained PhD from Zhejiang University in 2017, and then did postdoc at University of Sherbrooke and the University of Hong Kong. He is now an associate professor at Sun Yat-sen University. His research field is cluster algebras and related topics.
